Early Release Form

Campers are encouraged to stay the entire week of Oakcrest. For those few campers who need to leave camp early, a parent or guardian is required to complete and sign the Early Release Form. This form should be turned in to the Open Enrollment table on busing day. Campers will only be released to the person listed on the form who has picture I.D. Please plan to pick your camper up after 8 a.m. and before 9:30 p.m., as the gates will be locked for the night.

Campers may not leave with stake leaders on Thursday night without an Early Release Form signed by their parents.
