Online Camp MenusThe Signature Form must be read and signed by the camper, her parent or guardian, and her bishop. It must be turned into the stake leader from your home stake if you are a member of a participating stake. If you are registering after your stake has already registered or through Open Enrollment, please mail the form to one of the following members of the Oakcrest Women’s Committee listed below.
If you are registering as an open enrollment camper, please mail your signature form and payment to the registration committee member below handling the week you are attending. Please see the camper tab under Open Enrollment for more details.
